Xposure Music terms of service includes the following language:
"Once approved by Xposure Music to register as a Music Pro, you acknowledge and agree that you are registering for an account as an individual and not as your employer, agency, label, studio, company, or as any other legal entity."
"In addition to the other obligations in these Terms, if you are a Music Pro you acknowledge and agree you are not an employee or representative of Xposure Music and will not present yourself as our employee, contractor, or agent."
